Our Atlas ESS BMS uses a heavy duty contactor relay for switching for complete electrical isolation of the battery from the vehicle, just like production EV cars. Our competitors use MOSFET switching which is just plain dangerous. MOSFET switching is the cause of all those eBike battery fires you read about.
