Our 7.7kWh battery uses 150ah top quality REPT cells. Rated for 4,000 cycles and continuous discharge of 1C and 3C for 60 seconds. Cell spec is on our support page. The 7.7kWh Marine Propulsion Battery consists of a battery box with cells and bms and a water proof PDM (Power Distribution Module) that contains two contactors and other controls. You can choose discharge ratings of 200 amps or 400 amps. Cells and bms are water proof. The bms is optically isolated from the cells and uses contactor switching. Battery has been designed to be repaired by the user on the boat. Every part can be swapped out. With a handful of spare parts you can keep it running after a disaster like a lightning strike or flooding. The power cables are waterproof, finger safe, quick connect without tools. It has an emergency power feature. 10 year pro rated transferable warranty covering parts and workmanship.
You can connect the batteries in parallel or series. The battery boxes stack and bolt together. Four 7.7kWh batteries can connect to one PDM and larger capacities are possible. Add more batteries anytime.
Battery complies with ABYC TE-13. BMS has UL508. Battery box has UL50E. Cells have their own certs from cell manufacturer.
